Hometown Health TV is on location in July at the new offices of Dr. Jose Diaz and the Pulmonary Group of Central Florida.  

Dr. Diaz is board certified in pulmonology and internal medicine, specializing in the treatment of COPD, sleep disorders and diseases of the lungs.

In June Dr. Diaz and his staff made the move and opened their new office located on Highway 441 across from The Winn Dixie Shopping Plaza in Leesburg.  Erin Diaz, PGCF’s office manager, explains the move.
